Is People2Work free to use?
For the Job Poster, up to 10 jobs per month for Free package, however, you can visit our app for additional package options.
For the Job Bidders, you can browse for free, however, to bid, subscription is required. Please see our app for subscription options.
Ratings and Reviews
What are star ratings and reviews?
Ratings and reviews help job posters make informed hiring decisions and help job bidders decide if they would like to work with certain customers. When you submit a rate, we ask you to detail your experience and rate your interaction on a 1-to-5-star scale - with 5 stars reflecting the best quality and service and experience.
Here are some things you might include when you're leaving a review:
- Price: Did you get your money's worth? Was it a fair price?
- Quality: Did the service meet expectations?
- Responsiveness: Did your helper or your customer respond to calls, emails, or questions in a timely manner?
- Punctuality: Were they on time for appointments? Was the customer available at specified times?
- Professionalism: Were they courteous?

Membership
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your paid membership anytime. Simply log in to your People2Work account, go to the Manage My Account page, and click Cancel Auto-Renew.
For your convenience, these memberships automatically renew each month. Your PayPal account or credit card on file will be billed. Please note that if a payment fails to process, additional attempts will be made.
